Eastern States Construction Services is proud to celebrate another successful partnership with New Castle County Parks with the grand reopening of Bechtel Park. The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the completion of a major park modernization project designed to provide residents with updated recreational spaces for years to come.
Selected by New Castle County to complete the improvements, Eastern States Construction Services helped transform Bechtel Park into a modern destination for recreation and community gatherings. The project included the installation of a brand-new playground, upgraded tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and new athletic fields, including a soccer field, creating more opportunities for residents of all ages to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.
Representing Eastern States at the celebration were John Czerwinski, Bob Mitchum, and Matt Green, who joined Mike Clendaniel, Kendall Somers, members of the New Castle County project team, and other county officials to commemorate the park’s reopening.
Projects like Bechtel Park reflect Eastern States’ commitment to building high-quality recreational spaces that strengthen local communities.
